If you wish to explore your personal strength and reconnect with your soul energy, to make significant improvements and changes, and achieve goals tuned into your life purpose…together, we can explore what held you back in the past, shift negative patterns, open blocks in your energy body and connect the pieces for your true purpose and highest potential to flourish.
When you start listening to your higher self and intuition and start naturally shift towards what your soul really wants, there you can find your true happiness of regaining full power over your life.
I have over 16 years of international corporate experience, where I climbed the corporate ladder for years to reach the upper management positions. After receiving my master’s degree in business and supply chain management, I had a chance to manage teams as well as departments for the two top market leading companies in healthcare and food industry. After leaving corporate world and overcoming soul transforming personal struggles in my own life, I found my true purpose by helping others to find their own way to walk the walk, to reach their own happiness.
The lessons from my own awakening and healing, have shaped into a soul purpose working with adults who are at the beginning of their soul journey, and ready to leave behind their low self-esteem, worries, fears, private or work related toxic relationships, who are struggling with their chosen career and ready to change and who would like to start their soul healing journey.
There is no one-size-fits all approach. Sessions are unique and customized according to your needs. They can be solution-focused and targeted your unique challenges, barriers, and problems and an option to include holistic tools such as: aromatherapy, herbalism, mindfulness meditation, breathwork, chakra energy balancing and healing, guided visualization, EFT and NLP techniques.

ALYSSA RAICHE-SALEK, MA, LPC, NCC, CHT
I am a firm believer that by embracing our vulnerabilities, our strengths are uncovered. Allow me the privilege of helping you on your journey.
I am a clinical mental health counseling associate. My background in counseling and communication has prepared me to conduct individual, couples, family, and group counseling with children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience working with couples on resolving relationship stuck points such as communication trouble and trust issues in addition to working with adolescents and adults to combat anxious and depressive feelings and symptoms. My individual counseling style is grounded in psychodynamic theory, which focuses on unconscious drives and how the past influences the present. Additionally, I use a variety of interventions to meet each client’s individual goals including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) interventions, somatic experience interventions, and mindfulness interventions.
I view counseling as a process in which client and counselor form a partnership to help initiate and maintain healing, positive change, and growth. This partnership is built on mutual trust, openness, communication, and respect. I am dedicated to providing each client with a comfortable, safe, and confidential space for sessions, bringing the best of my education and training, and listening to each client with an open mind and open heart.

So many of us are surrounded by the “shoulds” of life and strive to live up to that perfect image, stuck in old beliefs or unrealistic expectations. This fosters feelings of isolation, being stuck or lost on our journeys. My goal is to help you uncover the stuck points, barriers and blocks; to help you navigate your relationships, goals; and to help process aspects of the past to propel you forward in life. When you are ready to take your first steps to overcome the challenges and gain empowerment, self-confidence and growth, I will be right behind you on your healing journey.
I use evidence based approaches while adjusting to your particular needs. In particular, I utilize techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, emotion focused therapies, narrative and family systems theories, solution-focused and strength based therapy, and trauma informed care.
My areas of focus include anxiety and stress management, coping skills, depression and mood states, life transitions and interpersonal/relationship issues including attachment and communication, trauma and PTSD, and sports performance.
I believe that trust, acceptance, and authenticity in working with clients is of the utmost importance. I want clients to feel safe and allow them the space to learn and grow. I look forward to helping you start your healing journey!

Tiffany Micek, MA, MSW
Creating and holding space for vulnerability, compassion and growth; that is my main focus as a therapist. I strive to facilitate an environment where each and every client can experience what a non-judgmental & safe space feels like. Life is a bit like rock climbing, hard, nerve-wracking & full of fun. However, in order to climb safely to the end, you need a belay partner to offer guidance, encouragement & support, as you sometimes go off route, miss a step or need some propping up assistance. As you begin your journey towards mental wellness it is imperative to have a strong belay team and I would be honored to be a part of yours.
I enjoy working with & guiding individuals, families and couples towards their desired goals. I have significant experience working with clients who have faced anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, brain injury, suicidal ideation and trauma. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strength-based perspective and a lens focused on systems theory, I am prepared to see the whole you instead of just the pieces you bring to session, ultimately, creating a more holistic approach to therapy.
My favorite fellow social worker, Brené Brown, once said, “compassion is not the relationship between the healer and the wounded. It is a relationship between equals…compassion becomes real when we recognize our shared humanity.” This mentality and approach is how I also strive to practice and I believe that this is also the birthplace of healing.
