With over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with clients of different ages and backgrounds. My role is to not only listen to my clients, but to facilitate problem-solving, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. I believe in creating individualized strategies to help you achieve personal growth and increase your quality of life.
I use a whole person (biological, psychological, social, and spiritual) approach with my clients and also draw from psychodynamic and CBT treatment models as well as mindfulness techniques. I have a warm and compassionate attitude and believe in building a caring and collaborative relationship with my clients. My goal is not to challenge or judge a clients’ feelings, but to work on what you need to feel better.
