Samantha (Sam) is passionate about helping individuals make new discoveries that fuel self-growth and self-expression. She strives to create a safe and judgment free space and partnership that allows a fostering and exploration of each person's unique past, present, and hopes for the future. She combines evidence-based treatment approaches (including cognitive behavioral therapy CBT, Gestalt, Person Centered, Somatic therapies) as well as holistic approaches that blend movement, creative expressive arts, drama and play therapy in order to treat the whole person, mind, body, and soul. She specializes in working with anxiety, depression and mood disorders, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder ADHD, autism spectrum disorder ASD as well as kids, teens, and adults.
