We will begin with an initial individual 60 minute session ($175), during which we will collaboratively create a goal-oriented plan tailored to you. Each session is designed to meet your unique needs, and the frequency, length, and focus of sessions can be adjusted as we move forward to support your growth, alignment, and priorities.

Sessions may include:

• Guided meditative, NLP, and hypnotherapy sessions
• Reiki and energy balancing and alignment
