Shahnaz approach is flexible and collaborative, weaving principles from Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Multiculturalism, Psychodynamic Therapy, and more. With Shahnaz, you can expect sessions that will be affirming, non-judgmental - a space that centers and comforts you. Together, you can explore your struggles and find your strengths, learning to navigate your days with more self-compassion and refreshed coping skills.

Shahnaz is a Mental Health Associate coming from Northwestern University. She is currently supervised by the Clinical Director, Dr. Liana Gerdov.
