Insurance & Payments

If we have your current insurance information on file, we can bill in-network insurance for outpatient mental health services.

We can do a verification for Out-of-Network benefits if you do not see your insurance listed here.

Coverage varies by plan and may change according to your insurance provider. Please notify us of insurance changes promptly; otherwise, you are responsible for charges at the time services are rendered.

We cannot guarantee insurer payments or quoted benefits. In rare cases, visit limits, copays/coinsurance, or deductibles may differ from initial quotes we are given. We understand how overwhelming medical finances can be and we do our best to explain your coverage and eliminate surprises.

Please know that you are responsible for any copays, coinsurance, and amounts applied to your deductible. Any outstanding balances are due at the time of service.

Card on file. For clients using insurance, we keep a card on file through a PCI-compliant processor (e.g., IvyPay). We will not charge your card without notifying you first, and you may update your authorization at any time. If a claim is denied and you have a balance due, you authorize us to process payment for the amount owed.

Self-Pay For Counseling & Hypnotherapy Services

If you do not use insurance, payment in full is due at the time of service. Individual counseling is $150 per 50-minute session unless otherwise agreed before the initial session. Sliding scale may be available depending on the provider and treatment type.

Sliding scale. A limited sliding scale may be available for up to 10 sessions in a 12-month period based on income eligibility.

Payments

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. HSA cards are accepted, please let your clinician know if this is what you are using.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel your session with less than 24 hr notice, you will be required to pay $75 late cancel/no-show fee (not billable to insurance).

Holistic Services

Due to the nature and clinical restrictions with insurance regulations, not all of our holistic services are covered by medical insurance. What we view as a necessity and part of the healing journey, they do not view as a medical necessity. Please inquire directly about your specific needs and goals of healing, and we will happily provide you with a verification of benefits specific to your insurance plan prior to the start of your care.
